All domains/organizations/departments always work on the latest and same version of data.It makes their work fast, effective & efficient. This results in faster work approvals, better planning of activities. It also enhances decision making capability. It reduces overall time, effort & cost spent by multiple organizations. All the changes with respect to spatial data can be tracked since inception. It can be enhanced to provide a one-stop shop access to all types of information/reports e.g. zone confirmation report, land map report etc.
